Once your purchase is made, you will receive an email where we will request the design(s) to customize your TCG Playmat . The creation of the design or assembly has an extra cost which varies depending on the job. Once we have your design, we will send you the proposal which may have up to 3 changes for you to authorize and begin production.

Delivery or shipping time is 2 to 7 business days after design approval, depending on the quantity of pieces ordered.
